The International Journal Of Organ Transplantation Medicine is a comprehensive academic journal covering all areas of organ transplantation medicine. It not only focuses on the technical details and innovative methods of transplant surgery, but also includes pre-transplant donor screening, organ harvesting and preservation techniques, ensuring that every step of the transplant process can be fully researched and discussed scientifically.
The journal delves into the role of genomics and immunobiology in organ transplantation, including the impact on the recipient's immune system and how genomics approaches can improve transplant success. At the same time, attention is also paid to the latest research advances in immunosuppressive drugs, which are essential to prevent rejection after transplantation. These include infection control, renal function protection, and risk assessment and management of post-transplant malignancies. In addition, the journal covers the latest technologies in cell and tissue transplantation, an area with great potential in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
