The main focus is on EU competition law, while also covering key developments at the international and EU member state levels, providing readers with in-depth insights into EU competition law. Its content is extensive, including all substantive competition law topics, matters related to practice (such as litigation and enforcement), as well as issues that affect competition law or related fields (such as intellectual property, commercial law, and EU law), as well as issues related to specific industries (such as energy, technology, transportation, financial services, and healthcare), and a summary of economic issues or arguments applicable to specific cases or developments.
