The Journal of Infrastructure Asset Management is an academic journal that focuses on the theory and practice of infrastructure asset management. The journal is dedicated to advancing the scientific development of infrastructure asset management and improving the operational efficiency and service quality of infrastructure. Infrastructure asset management is a comprehensive field, which covers the whole life cycle management activities such as planning, construction, operation, maintenance and disposal of infrastructure. These infrastructures include but are not limited to engineering infrastructure such as roads, Bridges, communications and buildings, as well as social infrastructure such as commercial services, landscaping, science, education, culture and health. Through the effective management of these assets, the sustainability of infrastructure and the proper functioning of society can be ensured.
