一、問題的提出

當前,面臨升學考試的壓力,六年級的課堂教學更加講求高效。新課程倡導自主、合作、探究性學習,踐行新課標理念,提高教學效率,許多教師采取學生二人小組“師徒結對”的合作學習形式進行了一定的實踐探討。然而,要使師徒學習有效進行,關系到師徒學習的時間、方式、內容具體操作和理論導引。本文在從教師從實施“異質、均衡、互助、共生”的分組原則去組織和引導好生的“教”和激發差生的主動“學”師徒學習模式入手,通過理論結合實際,對六年級英語課堂師徒有效性學習模式探究。

二、概念的界定

師徒學習模式是學生的二人小組的一種幫帶的學習模式,是基于合作學習基礎上的一種目標性更強、針對性更明顯、任務更細化的學生的二人小組學習模式,遵循“組內異質、均衡、互助、共生”原則,強調課堂上的合作學習。

三、組合的方式

(一)根據成績,自主拜師

教師首先把全班學生大致分成兩撥,平時成績較好,較穩定的當師傅,成績較差,學習自覺性較弱的為徒弟;然后尊重徒弟的意愿,讓他跟著自己選定的師傅學習,克服了“被支配”、“被學習”的狀態;最后由教師把關,做適當的調整。

(二)優勢互補,合作共贏

優勢互補,即根據學生的特點,進行合作共贏的組合。通常為學習伙伴。有些學生成績雖然不錯,較細心,但不善表達,不適合帶徒弟。還有些學生思維活躍,表達流暢,但又缺乏耐心。把這兩類學生組合成學習伙伴,便能達到優勢互補、互相競爭、共同進步的效果。

四、學習的過程

結合小學六年級英語新課標對教材的學習要求,教師根據不同的課型給師徒制定不同的學習任務,具體如下:

(一)課前檢查,杜絕蒙混

在英語教學第一課時的教學時,按照教學要求學生通常會匯報課前預習的情況。我嘗試把堂上匯報預習情況的環節放到師徒學習的時間里,讓師傅對徒弟的預習情況進行一對一的檢查、補充,更有針對性,這樣,徒弟再也沒有蒙混過關的僥幸心理了。

(二)課堂討論,引導發言

在課堂的小組討論中,如果不加以引導,很可能出現小組內個別組員話語霸權膨脹,部分組員插不上嘴的狀況,而師徒討論或學習中,規定徒弟必須首先發言,如果徒弟說不出個所以然來,師傅可通過多種方式的發問來啟發徒弟的思維,引導其表達自己的觀點。例如,一位師傅在教徒弟理解人稱代詞賓格和人稱代詞主格的句子“____ often help ____. ”一句中(they/me)的含義時,徒弟怎么把兩個詞用錯了,師傅急得冒汗,徒弟還是弄不明白,后來,師傅計上心頭,問徒弟:“這里誰去幫助別人就是主語,就做大哥放在句子開頭用主格;誰被別人幫助就是賓語,放在動詞后用賓格。師傅用提示的方式引導,徒弟很快答出正確的答案,終于把主格和賓格區分清楚。可見,這不僅讓徒弟不得不去動腦思考, 還讓師傅自身的理解力、表達力、思維的敏捷度得到了鍛煉。

(三)課上復習,及時鞏固

心理學家艾賓浩斯的“記憶遺忘曲線”規律顯示,遺忘在學習之后立即開始,而且遺忘的進程并不是均勻的。為了讓學生把課堂的知識轉化為長時記憶,及時掌握每一課的知識點,教師可在課堂余留一些時間(10分鐘左右),明確復習內容,指導師徒進行及時有效的復習。在師徒復習時,師傅解答徒弟質疑和引導學生歸納答案的過程,實際上是向徒弟解釋對話的過程。教師與其占據40分鐘不放,甚至爭分奪秒地拖堂,還不如精講多練,在堂上擠出一定的時間給學生進行師徒復習,讓不同層次的學生都能在遺忘速度最快的時候得以及時復習、鞏固新知,并且是師傅解答的過程中師傅和徒弟一起記憶,一舉兩得。

(四)交換評改,及時糾正

課上評講作業,是教學中一個非常重要的環節,教師一味地講答案只會造成學生被動地接受刺激,不利于學生發現錯誤,發展思維。學生對作業中出現的錯誤不加以認識和改正,就會重復犯錯。評講作業時,師徒交換評改,將錯處圈出,老師講評完后再留少許時間給學生修正作業,學生不懂的及時問同學或老師。力求達到有錯必糾、復習鞏固的教學效果。

(五)作文互批,共同提高

小學六年級英語每單元進行一次寫作練習,如果老師自己一個人批改,耗費的時間和精力很多。這種高耗低效的評改方式無益于學生習作水平的提高。葉圣陶老先生也說過:“教師修改不如學生修改,學生個人修改不如共同修改。”讓師徒共評一份習作,是評改習作的有效性做法。在評改習作的過程中,首先,師徒共閱一份習作,邊默讀邊圈畫,徒弟的任務主要是朗讀習作,師傅的任務是修改寫錯的單詞、句子和語法,并且查看語句。然后兩人把作文重寫一次,最后,通過墻報的形式,師徒一起把自己的習作在全班展示。這樣,學生體驗到了自批自改習作的樂趣,同時加深了他們對作文的整體認識,領悟到作文的基本要求。師徒共評的過程培養了學生,尤其是師傅們修改習作的習慣和能力,增強了分析能力,而且使徒弟們修改容易混淆的單詞、語法等能力也得到提高。

五、具體的措施

(一)了解學生,把課備精

深入了解學生的性格、心理、學習特點,兼顧性別,遵循“組內異質”的合作原則,將學生進行最優組合,密切觀察師徒合作情況,以便及時調整組合。此外,40分鐘的教學時間要壓縮成30分鐘,教學內容要重新調整、合理安排。教學節奏要更加緊湊,教學重、難點要更加突出,更加注重學習方法的指導。

(二)配發學習本,理清情況

給每位師徒配發專用學習本。教師上完課后,將當節課的復習內容列出來,師傅做好登記,并按部就班進行復習。師傅還要對徒弟每一項學習任務的完成情況進行記錄、評價,以此作為師徒學習情況的評價標準之一。

(三)激勵表揚,制定標準

班級開展“優秀師徒”、“名師”和“名徒”的活動,教師通過課堂觀察師徒學習的情況,同時把師徒學習本的學習內容及完成情況、學習進步情況納入量化考核范圍,并記入學生 的成長手冊之中,每月月底通過“申報”、“小組推薦”、“民主選舉”、“教師核定”等環節評選“優秀師徒”。 徒弟們在師傅中民主評選班級“名師”,在班級樹立講題水平高、責任心強、幫助徒弟進步大的 “名師”榜樣。同時,也對進步較大的徒弟給以“名徒”稱號,形成學習上你追我趕的良好局面。
