一、作文選使用上的誤區

就目前市場上作文選品種及質量，我做過多次實地詢查并發現，面對各書店種類繁多的作文選，學生根本無法甄辨出適合自己的最佳刊物，甚至連有些語文老師也會對茫茫如大海般的作文選迷失方向。例如在作文選的使用環節上就值得商榷：

1.誤用作文選

《語文課程標準》關于習作教學給出了建議：“寫作是運用語言文字進行表達和交流的重要方式，是認識世界、認識自我、進行創造性表述的過程?！?/p>

我概括了標準中關于寫作的兩個重點詞：語言文字，創造性表述。但平時的習作教學并非如此。我們應該更加慎重地選擇與使用作文選，更不能讓習作教學缺失了小學語文學科的人文性效用，重工具而輕人文的語文習作課堂勢必培養不出有思想、敢于擔當的新一代新生力量。

2.?E用作文選

目前，我們教師對作文選的使用還是填鴨式的方法，不管是優生還是后進生，都鼓勵他們多看作文選，卻往往沒有想一想學生是否真正需要，是否真心喜歡。試問：一個人如果提起寫作就心懷厭惡，怎能寫出精彩還富有真情實感的文章呢？誰還愿跟恨之入骨的作文交朋友呢？不與文字交朋友，孩子們內心五彩斑斕的世界又如何找到傾訴的途徑呢？

二、作文選使用的經驗

針對這種情況，我跟我的學生經過多年實踐，總結了一些可供操作的個人經驗，以饗廣大教師借鑒批評：

1.精選作文選

在作文選的選擇上，首先，我們應注重內容的時尚性，與時俱進的閱讀源可以激發學生的學習欲望，萌生一睹為快的熱情。在當下，學生是站在時代變革的肩膀上，給予他們學習的方法之余，我們教師的思想、舉止、言行也應與時俱進。

其次，應注重內容的有效性。傳統的作文素材如以詞、句、段按題材進行分類編排顯得枯燥乏味，長篇累牘會消磨學生的積極性。而一本有效的作文選可以彌補諸多不足（如《中小學生實用素材大全》系列），它按流行、經典、哲理、自然、環境、人文等分類，包含創新觀點、理論依據和最新材料。學生對新鮮知識的渴望尤為強烈，容易接納并且易于在實踐中靈活運用，文風給人眼前一亮的感覺。

最后，傳統的概念往往把作文選僅定位于有“作文”二字的書籍上，其實有很多可供學生品鑒的優秀書刊。如我在課堂內外常規使用的《讀者》，可以塑造學生醇厚的文化底蘊；再如《格言》雜志，能有效開啟學生的創新思維，養成獨樹一幟又不失理智的寫作風格。精選的作文選已經讓學生蠢蠢欲動，寫作水平的提高指日可待。

2.活用作文選

雖然精選作文選令學生期待，但在我班里最優秀也是學生最想得到的要數來自學生之手、原汁原味的滿分作文。平時，我會從學生的隨筆記錄、課堂作文、考場作文和個性作文中不定期斟選一些極具價值的原稿，并和學生一起修改，使它完善，并向全班宣布它成為滿分作文，以此作為獎品獎勵給那些有進步的同學。我特別關注語文積累，培養學生觀察的習慣，開拓作文教學的源泉。如一次單元習作教學，在和學生充分討論之后，我組織了一次到田邊、到小溪秋游的活動。讓學生在大自然的懷抱中感受秋風送爽，聽百蟲啾啾，呼吸新鮮空氣，到田野去幫農民伯伯收割稻谷，到果園去摘果子。接著，我又帶學生來到草莓基地，和在基地里勞作的農民伯伯一起檢查草莓的情況，還參加了草莓施肥的活動，親身體驗家鄉的發展變化。有時為了增強效果，我也時常當面批改作文，和學生一起探討該作文的優點和缺點，讓學生明確獲獎的原因是什么，今后要揚善避短。這個習慣已成為班級同學們最期待的文化活動。
