關鍵詞:書面表達 批改 講評
英語寫作教學在英語教學中占據了非常重要的地位,它重在考查學生的詞匯、語言結構、功能與話題等語言綜合運用能力。它要求學生根據文字、圖片或表格提供的信息寫成短文,能在寫作中做到文體規范,語言通順,意思表達準確無誤。然而目前學生的英語寫作仍然存在語言貧乏、詞匯不豐富、句子意識差、表達不得體、句子結構單一、文章缺少連貫性等不盡人意的現象。盡管教師花大量的時間用于批改和講評學生的作文,但效果還是不明顯。英語寫作已成為英語教學的一大難題,也成了英語教學的瓶頸。究其原因,英語寫作教學一直以來重復同一種模式:老師布置寫作內容――學生完成后上交――教師批改――返還給學生。這種傳統模式的弊端是顯而易見的,主要表現在:師生間的信息傳遞大多是教師的單向灌輸,教師包攬了很多學生應做的活動,使得英語作文教學枯燥無味,質量也難以提高。老師在學生的作文本上密密麻麻的修改令學生覺得作文索然無味且摸不著頭腦,很多學生干脆看也不看老師批改過的作文,直接扔到一邊,久而久之學生喪失了寫作文的信心和興趣。為了改變這種“教師教得累,學生學得煩”的高投入、低產出的教學現狀,我們需要探索一些新的作文批改與講評方法,使得作文教學變得輕松和富有活力,同時產生良好的教學效果。
一、 當堂即寫即改
教師可以出一些學生感興趣的或與課本話題有關的題目,讓學生當堂限時寫作,這樣可以培養學生形成正確審題和快速組織文章基本框架的能力,讓學生在作文的寫作過程和評改中受到啟發,思維得到鍛煉。具體操作為: ① 出示題目與寫作要求; ② 限時寫作; ③ 例文講評; ④ 自己修改作文。
二、 輔導式面批
葉圣陶先生指出:“給學生改作文,最有效的方法是面批。”教師當面指出學生作文中的問題,并對其進行單獨輔導,對不同的學生提出不同的建議和要求,同時也可以增進師生間的交流,加深感情,樹立學生的自信心,激發他們的學習積極性。
三、 部分精批,其余泛批
教師認真批改其中的一部分作文,常常會發現學生會犯同樣的錯誤,如某個單詞的拼寫錯誤、時態錯誤、漢語式英語等。教師歸納這些典型性錯誤后集中在課堂上進行講評,這樣做會比單獨講解省時省力,是常用的講評作文的方法。
四、 提供學生寫作原稿,小組合作修改
為了營造濃厚的學習氣氛,使學生在學習寫作過程中形成互幫互學的風氣,可以采用小組合作的方式來批改作文。學生會學得更快、更多,鍛煉了用所學的語言知識評判同學作文的能力,也提高了自己寫作的能力。每個學生都有機會評判別人的作文,自己的作文也有機會讓別人評判,在評與被評的過程中學到了寫作知識,還增加了對寫作的興趣和信心,變被動學習為主動學習。
五、 學生互改作文
“授人以魚,不如授人以漁”。學生作文的提高不能只依靠教師的批改,因而培養學生對自己的作文進行自我修改的能力至關重要。讓學生互批作文是鍛煉他們這方面能力的有效方法。這樣,每個學生既是作者,又是讀者。學生在寫作過程中往往不善于發現自己作文中存在的問題和錯誤,而看別人的作文時卻是頭腦異常地清醒。教師先要做必要的指導,告訴他們從哪幾個方面去評價別人的作文,也可以做一些示范。同時要求學生不但要發現錯誤和不足,而且要能找出比別人作文中的優點和長處,一分為二地進行評價。經常地互改作文可以讓學生從別人的作文中學到很多東西,也學會批判性地指出別人的錯誤,從而避免自己犯同樣的錯誤,達到取人之長、補己之短的目的。
六、 摘錄好句,展示佳作

下面展示在經過一年的教學實驗,兩個班在同一寫作任務下,兩種英語寫作教學方法的過程以及教學效果:
同一寫作任務
假如你是李華。你計劃周末的時候去遠足。準備發帖找個外國朋友作為游伴(travel mate)。請你根據以下要點提示,用英語寫一個帖子,并發在國際驢友論壇上。要點提示:1. 發帖目的;2. 交代清楚各項事項(如行程安排、費用情況)以及你對對方的要求;3. 說明對方和你一起遠足的好處。
注意:1. 內容可以適當發揮,以使行文連貫;2. 詞數120左右。
我在A班(對比班)采用的是成果寫作教學法
首先,我為學生提供范文,對范文進行分析,講解,然后學生模仿范文獨立完成寫作任務。最后,學生上交作文成品,老師一一評閱,對其中四十份進行了分析總結。
A班(對比班) 四十份作文得分情況統計結果:大約12.5%的學生平時基礎較好,能較好地完成寫作任務,這些同學基本能得28―32分(滿分35份),37.5%的學生成績為24―27分,32.5%的學生成績為20―23分,其余17.5%的學生成績偏低,僅為14―19分。此次作文,四十份抽樣試卷平均分為23.12分。四十份作文中具有普遍性的錯誤有:
1. 審題不清。首先,沒弄清網上發“帖子”的格式,具體表現為:無標題,無正確的結尾。其次,漏掉重要信息點。尤其是“你對對方的要求;說明對方和你一起遠足的好處。”這兩個信息點被漏掉一個,更甚者有同學把這兩個點都漏掉,導致嚴重扣分。
2. 要點表述不清,詞不達意,漢式英語泛濫,令人費解。
3. 普通詞匯連篇,句型結構簡單,連接詞使用頻率低。
4. 語法錯誤多,句子結構不全,動詞時態混用,主謂不一致等等。
從A班采用的成果教學方法來看,學生經過一年的英語寫作練習,寫作水平整體提升幅度不大,學生的寫作習慣、審題能力以及語言的駕馭能力都還需要強化。
在實驗班(B班),我采用過程寫作教學法
以下是完成此次寫作任務的過程:
第一階段:學生寫前準備。分為三個步驟:
一、老師和學生一起討論確定該作文的體裁。在網上發一帖子,屬于應用文寫作范疇。確定寫作的格式;標題要求醒目。
二、討論分析主題內容,第一部分簡單介紹自己,并寫清發帖的目的。第二部分介紹行程安排。第三部分說明費用情況。第四部分說明自己對旅伴的要求。第五部分闡述對方和自己一起遠足的好處。最后結尾,為感興趣的網友留下聯系方式。
三、頭腦風暴,激活學生已有詞匯表達。同學老師各抒己見、集思廣益,大家集體討論,把自己列出的好的單詞、短語、句型和其他人分享,同時記錄別人好的思路和表達方式。
第二階段:初稿。學生把第一階段收集到的信息整理,連詞成句,連句成文,形成初稿。然后,學生對自己的作文稿進行初查。檢查時要注意以下幾點:要點是否遺漏,句子結構是否正確,謂語動詞的時態語態是否正確,主謂是否一致,名詞的單復數變化是否有錯,單詞拼寫是否有錯等等。
第三階段:學生互評。學生互相評改作文,批改者若有疑問,可雙方討論或查閱資料后再更正。若有爭議,可請教老師。在學生相互批改作文的過程中,學生不由自主地跟自己的作文對照,從而取其精華,去其糟粕,更大程度地提高自己的表達能力,并培養他們發現問題和解決問題的能力。
第四階段,學生修改重寫。同學之間修改評閱之后,學生自己修改錯誤,重寫作文。
第五階段,老師批閱,師生交流。針對學生的個別問題,耐心輔導,對癥下藥。第六階段:學生再編輯定稿。經過幾輪的討論修改,學生取長補短,整理信息,改正錯誤,最后完成作品。
B班(實驗班) 四十份作文得分情況統計結果:大約32.5%的學生作文語言表達準確流暢,他們的得分為28―33分(滿分35份),50%的學生成績為24―27分,15%的學生成績為20―23分,只有一位學生由于英語基礎太弱成績偏低,僅為16分。此次作文,四十份抽樣試卷平均分為27.46分。
采用過程寫作法教學,在學生作文中所凸顯出的優點有:
1. 低級錯誤明顯減少,沒有學生出現遺漏信息點的情況。
2. 詞匯較高級,表述清晰,句型變化多,連接詞使用恰當。
3. 卷面整潔……
從以上呈現的實驗教學效果來看,農村學校的學生在進行一段時間的過程寫作法教學之后,作文的審題能力、遣詞造句能力、自我糾錯能力都有了很大的提高,學生書面表達的詞匯和內容積累得更多,能更準確地傳達出信息點的意思。考試中,學生作文得分率高。
通過A班和B班的兩種寫作教學方法的教學效果對比分析:
結果寫作教學法效果分析:
優點:耗時少,營造出考試的氛圍,讓學生在不借助任何外力的情況下,自己獨立審題、抓要點,自己遣詞造句完成寫作。因此,結果寫作法提供給學生獨立完成寫作的經歷,增強了信心,提高了學生的應試能力。
不足之處:在考試中,學生的總體寫作水平不高,作文高分率低。
過程寫作教學法教學效果分析:
優點:從審題到最后定稿教師和學生大量的互動,有利于學生養成良好的寫作習慣,通過這一系列的活動,學生的寫作基礎得以夯實,寫作能力也會有大的突破。
不足之處:耗時較多。反復幾輪互動,到定稿,要花兩節課時間。高中英語周課時少、課程內容多,很多教師更多的側重學生閱讀能力的提高,所以不愿意耗時來采用這種方法。

一、英語活動課的特點及形式
英語活動課的最大特點就是:讓學生自己活,自己動,在活動中培養自主意識,發揮主體性,讓他們真正成為活動課的主人。兩年來我們在活動課上嘗試了以下幾種形式:
1 角色扮演。角色扮演的形式有:小品、小話劇、情景對話等。教材中有大量的對話可供學生表演。教學中開展角色扮演不僅能激發學生的情感,調動學生的積極性,而且給學生提供了學習語言、理解語言和參加語言實踐的機會。
2 做游戲。游戲的內容和方法很多,如字母和數字游戲、看圖猜謎、句子接龍、室外活動等。游戲集趣味性、娛樂性、知識性為一體,使學生在娛樂中學有所得。
3 學生介紹推介會。學期中適時組織學生開展諸如自我情況介紹、班級情況介紹、寢室情況介紹、就餐情況介紹、上課情況介紹、兩操情況介紹、學校大型活動雙語介紹等活動。學生介紹收到了較好的效果。
4 組織學生寫賀卡。讓學生在教師節或圣誕節給老師制作節日賀卡,要求賀卡的地址、姓名及內容全部用英語書寫。

二、初中英語活動課實踐
1 內容要有趣。在選擇內容時,要選學生感興趣的,能夠調動他們學英語積極性的內容。如,當學生積累了一定數量的有關顏色的單詞后,讓學生以填字母、組單詞的形式開展游戲活動,同學們興趣盎然,個個都爭著參與,內容的趣味性使活動課有聲有色。
2 形式要多樣。英語活動課常用的形式有角色扮演、智力游戲、講故事等。形式多樣,學生才不會感到枯燥無味,才能激發他們的興趣。多樣化的課堂活動形式有利于集中學生的注意力。教師在設計活動時應充分考慮活動形式的多樣性,采取靈活的教學手段和方法,創設豐富的教學情境,調動學生的積極性。
3 方法要靈活。如可組織學生寫賀卡,采用游戲法和表演法等。
4 觀念要創新。英語活動課在設計上,要求改變傳統的觀念,要因時制宜、因地制宜、因學生制宜,設計出內容新穎、別致、有趣,形式多樣、方法靈活的活動課,這樣有利于發揮學生的發散性思維、開發智力、提高能力。
5 在活動過程中,教師要做好調控。要充分利用時間、空間以及學生資源,調動學生的積極性,引導同學之間、小組之間進行有效的協調和溝通。在整個過程中,教師都要發揮管理和監控的作用。督促小組成員之間共享資源。實現共同獎勵,促進互幫互學。
三、英語活動課存在的誤區
1 流于形式,為了活動而活動。即活動不能與語言學習緊密結合,缺乏目標,活動時多數學生成為旁觀者,實際參與率不高。
2 脫離學生學習、生活和語言水平的實際,活動無法順利完成,浮于表面,不能真正展開和深入。
3 有些活動設計實質上只停留在語言的有意學習和機械訓練層面上,沒有體現語言學習的真實性和交互性。
4 不面向全體,缺乏互動,部分學生參與其中,情緒高漲,其他學生漠不關心,無精打采,袖手旁觀。
四、嘗試的收獲
1 活動中,精心創設的語言環境給學生提供了更多的運用所學語言材料的場所,學生有更多的聽說讀寫的鍛煉機會,提高了學生綜合運用英語的能力,促進了教學任務的全面完成。
2 英語活動課促進了學生的特長發揮。在活動過程中,有特長的學生脫穎而出,成長為英語學習骨干。三年來,我所帶實驗班的學生撰寫的英語日記、作文等多次在學校重要的活動中斬獲獎項,高冉、白雨荷的作文先后在市教研室組織的小作文活動中獲獎,曹慧玲在市教研室組織的英語演講比賽中獲獎。
3 活動課培養了學生的非智力品質。活動課使教師、學生打成一片,學生的集體榮譽感增強了,班級的凝聚力增強了,學生的自我約束管理能力增強了。由于給學生提供了較多的交流思想和表達情感的機會,不少比較內向的學生也變得開朗多了。
