Foreign Language Annals (FLA) is the official academic journal of the Council on Foreign Language Teaching (ACTFL) in the United States. It has been continuously published since 1967 and has become an important academic platform in the field of language teaching and research. This magazine is committed to promoting the development of language teaching and learning, especially the application and research of languages other than English in education at all levels.
